Potent Anti-Inflammatory Recipe

The golden spice is turmeric, it’s an absolute powerhouse! Ginger and turmeric are considered highly anti-inflammatory ingredients, that promote healthy digestion.

 Whole-Plant Hemp extract naturally contains a full spectrum of cannabinoids and compounds that act as neuroprotectants and antioxidants and bring calm and focus to your day.

 1 cup nut milk 

1/2 tsp fresh ginger

1 tsp fresh turmeric

1 cinnamon stick

1 pinch fresh ground black pepper

3 cardamom pods

1 dropper of Sanguine Oil

1 tsp Honey, or stevia to taste

Directions: In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients, except for sweetener and Hemp Oil . Blend on low speed for 30 seconds. Let rest. Blend again for another 30 seconds.

Pour ingredients through a “nut milk” bag over a bowl and squeeze until all liquid passes through, and only spice fibers remain in the bag.

Stir in sweetener to taste, and pour over ice or serve it hot . Add a dropper of Sanguine Oil  and enjoy.

You can also make a big batch and store it in your refrigerator.

 Another way to enjoy this anti-inflammatory drink is to make a paste out of it then simply add to a mixture of warm water and milk whenever you want to.
